Hi everyone!
What a treat to have 2 den meetings in a row. Iām looking forward to seeing you all this Thursday at Briones park at 5:15pm. The forecast says a little chilly but hopefully it wonāt be raining in the afternoon. Letās cross our fingers š
This weekās den meeting is called āTiger Bitesā where we will be talking about the importance of nutrition, rest, and exercise.
I heard that last year this theme was a lot of fun with people bringing food to share. Letās do it again!!
Iām going to list the five food groups. Please bring a favorite food (with enough to share with the Den) that is in that group. Please indicate which group you choose by liking or giving some sort of reaction on the group. The goal is to have all the groups represented with at least one thing.
