Personal fitness - nutrition, hygiene, exercise, rest. Identify 5 different food groups, practicehand washing, be active for 30 min, practice methods that help you sleep Hi everyone! What a treat to have 2 den meetings in a row. I’m looking forward to seeing you all this Thursday at Briones park at 5:15pm. The forecast says a little chilly but hopefully it won’t be raining in the afternoon. Let’s cross our fingers šŸ’• This week’s den meeting is called ā€œTiger Bitesā€ where we will be talking about the importance of nutrition, rest, and exercise. I heard that last year this theme was a lot of fun with people bringing food to share. Let’s do it again!! I’m going to list the five food groups. Please bring a favorite food (with enough to share with the Den) that is in that group. Please indicate which group you choose by liking or giving some sort of reaction on the group. The goal is to have all the groups represented with at least one thing. Looking forward to it!
